We have received reports that accounts set up using Authorize.net are showing that ACH transactions are failing in the Donation Center, when in fact the donations are successful both on the donors end and in the batch reports with Authorize.net. We are investigating why there is a disconnect of information in the Donation Information so that a fix can be put into place and donations will reflect successful.
