            <summary type="html"><![CDATA[<p>We apologize for issues earlier today and in the past week.  More people are joining Clover’s family and Clover is adding more features!  But with growth also comes growing pains.</p>
<p>The good news is that earlier today we upgraded our infrastructure and optimized some of our key internal services in an effort to improve our systems’ reliability.  Other corrective measures were taken in the past week, and more are planned.</p>
<p>Paradoxically, improvements to reliability can have sometimes have the opposite effect when things don’t go exactly according to plan.  A bug occurred where the wrong website may have been displayed for customers who published their sites this morning or early afternoon.  We’ve fixed this bug; the correct website will be displayed when affected customers publish their sites again.</p>

It's supposed to be on an automated system, and it is, but the system isn't handling what is needed in order for the automation to work smoothly. This week our team has identified where in the feature it's not working as expected, causing SSL certs to go down and sites to reflect as nonsecure.  They are trying to re-examine the way SSL is being handled so that they can implement a solid solution moving forward. Once this is in place we will update the status page to reflect it as operational.</p>

At this time we are showing some payments are able to go through, although not all are guaranteed. Our development team continues to work getting the system back into full swing in order to allow all donations to go through and refunds to be made. We will continue to update our status page as the fix gets put into place.</p>

            <summary type="html"><![CDATA[<p>We have restored the ability to create new donations and are seeing successful transactions.</p>
<p>The ability to refund a transaction directly from within Clover Donations is still not working, but our engineering team is working on bringing that functionality back online.</p>
<p>In the meantime, if you need to refund a transaction, you can do so directly from within Authorize.net.</p>
