We apologize for issues earlier today and in the past week. More people are joining Clover’s family and Clover is adding more features! But with growth also comes growing pains.
The good news is that earlier today we upgraded our infrastructure and optimized some of our key internal services in an effort to improve our systems’ reliability. Other corrective measures were taken in the past week, and more are planned.
Paradoxically, improvements to reliability can have sometimes have the opposite effect when things don’t go exactly according to plan. A bug occurred where the wrong website may have been displayed for customers who published their sites this morning or early afternoon. We’ve fixed this bug; the correct website will be displayed when affected customers publish their sites again.
Another issue was that event detail pages were not working. This has been fixed too.
