Past Incidents

The Media Player continues to have a delayed processing time. Our developers have identified why and are working out a solution as quickly as possible. For now, high volume hours, in any given day, remain 12pm-6pm. It is suggested to try and upload a file before 11am or sometime after 6pm. Once processing is completed, you can move forward with publishing.

*UPDATE: as of 1/15/2019 Media Player updates are officially in place with confirmation that processing is working again!

The processing of files being added to the media player is struggling to finalize. Our team is looking into the issue. Once resolved, we will update!

UPDATE* The beginning of the week receives the most upload traffic which played into this issue.. As our developers continue to look into the issue, they believe processing should be back to normal for the rest of the week as files are uploaded.
