Our developers are continuing to perform needed maintenance and updates to the event feature. Event's may not show up correctly in the event section until this is resolved.

Almanac (Events) Event Settings

It has been reported that there are some issues with the settings portion of events. Our developers attempted to deploy a fix earlier, were a bug was effecting some accounts. This deploy is believed to be what is causing current issues and our developers are working on getting it resolved.

Greenhouse CS3 Media Players & Published Content

We have received reports that published changes are not showing up on live sites and that some aren't able to get new media files to upload to their media player. Our team is looking into it.

Greenhouse Greenhouse & Live Site Errors, Slow Speeds

Customers have reported Greenhouse & Live Site error messages, as well as slow speeds, over the past week (particularly Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday). Our developers have put some items into place to help with these issues, but we won't be able to see if the resolutions are successful until Monday April 23rd when traffic picks up again. We will be monitoring the situation over the next few days to see if everything is working as it should.
