UPDATE: Authorize.net Issues

Although the issue has been identified we continue to experience difficulty with processing payments. At this time we are showing some payments are able to go through, although not all are guaranteed. Our development team continues to work getting the system back into full swing in order to allow all donations to go through and refunds to be made. We will continue to update our status page as the fix gets put into place.

Authorize.net Issues

We have restored the ability to create new donations and are seeing successful transactions.

The ability to refund a transaction directly from within Clover Donations is still not working, but our engineering team is working on bringing that functionality back online.

In the meantime, if you need to refund a transaction, you can do so directly from within Authorize.net.

Clover Donations - Authorize.net

We're experiencing donation issues with Authorize.net. Our development team is looking into it and we are upgrading the encryption engine used to process payments with Authorize.net. Any recurring donations will attempt to process the next day if they fail.
